ACES Administrator for Special Needs

Contract type: 1 vacancy available, Fixed Term Contracts to 31 August 2025 (subject to a review of business needs, with potential to become permanent) 

Working Pattern: 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 08.00 - 16.00 and Friday 08.00 - 15.30, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 5 INSET days)  

Salary: Scale 4 points 7-11, namely £20,835 - £22,281, increasing with length of service (FTE £24,292 - £25,979) 


ACES Administrators for Special Needs –

We wish to appoint a SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Administrator into newly created roles within our established Central Team who will support our service provision to the schools in our Trust. This vacancy will focus on SEND support for Hinchingbrooke and the other SEND administrator will support the SEND administration for the Primary Schools. Both posts will involve working on some Trust-wide projects. 

The successful candidate will be proactive, with a strong ability to work both individually and as part of a team under pressure to meet deadlines. Strong administrative ICT skills and an understanding of data entry processes are essential.
