ACES Academies Trust is seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and motivated School Administrator to join our team at Spaldwick Primary School.

Contract type: Permanent, This appointment is for 19.5 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday – 8:30 am - 3:30 pm with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break), 38 weeks, term time. 

Salary: Scale 3, Points 5 - 6, namely £10,954 - £11,128 (FTE £24,790 - £25,183)


School Administrator

We are seeking a suitable person with appropriate academic qualifications to join our established office team. The right character, team spirited with a strong belief in good customer service, the ability to keep calm and be prepared for almost anything will be important attributes for this position.

The school office is a very busy and fast-paced environment, where the requirements and needs of the staff and children regularly change with short notice, so the successful candidate will need the ability to be flexible, have strong multi-tasking skills.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Enjoy customer service and have a professional attitude with all clients
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be discreet with information
  • Have a willingness to learn and display initiative to prioritise tasks and multi-task
  • Work as a team member and have strong communication skills
