KS1 Classroom Teacher

We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Early Years Class Teacher to join our dedicated team at Spaldwick Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on young children's educational foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum through continuous provision
• Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
• Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
• Support children's holistic development
• Assess and track children's progress
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents

The successful candidate will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven experience in Early Years education
• Strong understanding of continuous provision
• Ability to create an inspiring learning environment
• Commitment to child-centred learning approaches
• A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
• Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and contribute to the wider school community
