KS1 Classroom Teacher
We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Early Years Class Teacher to join our dedicated team at Spaldwick Primary School. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on young children's educational foundations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an engaging and challenging curriculum through continuous provision
- Create a stimulating and supportive learning environment
- Plan and implement age-appropriate learning experiences
- Support children's holistic development
- Assess and track children's progress
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents
The successful candidate will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience in Early Years education
- Strong understanding of continuous provision
- Ability to create an inspiring learning environment
- Commitment to child-centred learning approaches
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to delivering high-quality education
- Excellent knowledge of the UK curriculum and the ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- The desire to make a positive impact on the lives of our children and contribute to the wider school community
