Level 3 Inclusion Worker

We are seeking a suitable person to join the Alternative Provision Team as a Level 3 Inclusion Worker. Working alongside the Alternative Provision Manager, you will have a key role in supporting students’ learning activities. The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with young people, be a pro-active, flexible individual who has excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.

Contract type: Fixed term – 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday)
Salary: Scale 4 (range 7-11), FTE (range £25,584-27,269), actual salary: (range £8,489-£9,049)

Working alongside the Alternative Provision Manager, you will have a key role in supporting students’ learning activities. Your responsibilities will include providing tailored support, including interventions, and ensuring a safe and inclusive learning environment and create a positive and supportive educational experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group support to students.
- Assist in the development and implementation of behaviour support plans.
- Promote positive behaviour and social interactions among students.
- Facilitate emotional regulation strategies and interventions.
- Support students during transitions and unstructured times.
- Monitor and track student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student development.
